How to request deletion
- You may use the in-app account deletion feature or email info@gopic.app.
- For email requests, include your account email or login method. Identity verification may be required.
Process
- When account deletion is requested, use of the service is restricted, and the account can be recovered for 7 days from the date of the request.
- After the window, general account and profile information is deleted or anonymized.
Records that may remain
Minimum records required for legal compliance, dispute handling, security, and abuse prevention may be retained for a limited period under applicable law and internal policy.
Recovery
You may request recovery during the recovery window. After the window, recovery of deleted information may be limited.
