Location-Based Service Terms

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for the location-based services provided through the GoPic app ("Service") operated by Good Morning Nha Trang ("Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Company uses the user's current location information to provide the following location-based services.

• When photographing a sign, the Service identifies the user's current location (country, city, district) and adds regional information to the Google search query to improve search accuracy.

Article 3 (Location Data Processing)

• Collection: Coordinates obtained via device GPS.
• Processing: Coordinates converted to text via reverse geocoding on device.
• Usage: Text included in Google search query.
• Server transmission: NOT transmitted to Company servers.
• Storage: NOT stored on servers or external databases.
• Third-party sharing: NOT shared with third parties. Regional text is transmitted to Google during search.

Article 4 (User Rights)

• Users may deny or revoke location permissions at any time.
• Basic functions remain available without location, though search accuracy may be reduced.
• Users may request confirmation of location data usage or temporary suspension.

Article 5 (Location Data Protection)

• Coordinates processed only on device, immediately deleted from memory.
• Access to location data restricted to minimum necessary.
• Technical and administrative safeguards implemented.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
